    Packers sign DLineman

    Well, the Dline looked shaky against SF. Fear not fans, help is on the way. From the IFL. That's the Intense Football League. It's an indoor league. Packers signed DT Rodney Allen from the Odessa Roughnecks of the IFL. Allen is 6-feet, 2-inches and 315 pounds played at Kansas. He's from Coral Gables, Fla. He's a big guy with huge thighs and calves. Guess the coaches think we need shoring up. An anchor guy, his presence doesn't bode well for some of our DT's.
    Willis McGahee is Allen's cousin.

        Maybe it's the In-Tents Football League, which would make it kind of an indoor/outdoor league.
        One time Lombardi was disgusted with the team in practice and told them they were going to have to start with the basics. He held up a ball and said: "This is a football." McGee immediately called out, "Stop, coach, you're going too fast," and that gave everyone a laugh.
