I didn't see it that way. I saw a bigger guy throwing a stiff arm to get position in the first place. Then I saw a fight for the ball and it happened to land in the smaller guys arms. Agree on the arm from the WR. TWill also had a grab earlier. They let them go, but when the bal was short the receiver slowed and TWill ran into him as he hadn't spotted the ball or slowed down. He hit the receiver, boom, flag.
