good story....end of the story?? Patrick Lee was fined for that hit he had? Damn, lets buy the NFL players some tampons or something if we're fining for that.
"I would love to have a guy that always gets the key hit, a pitcher that always makes his best pitch and a manager that can always make the right decision. The problem is getting him to put down his beer and come out of the stands and do those things." - Danny Murraugh

Like Reggie White before him, Driver understands that the quarterback, even a young one, has to be a leader. Following the 1993 season, White was very clear about the Packers being Favre's team, even though Reggie was in a position to take that mantle if he'd wanted to. Now Driver is doing the same. Driver will be very instrumental as a mentor to Rodgers. The Packers are fortunate to have him.
      I can't run no more
      With that lawless crowd
While the killers in high places
      Say their prayers out loud
But they've summoned, they've summoned up
      A thundercloud
They're going to hear from me - Leonard Cohen

Very interesting take. I didn't put that together. Driver does seem to be helping him out a lot. It's good to see.
