    Two things could happen:

    (A) We get blown out

    (B) We win narrowly.

The Packers play a little bit lose with their "consecutive games" streaks for player performances. Neither Jennings nor Driver had a reception against the Lions in the last regular season game last year. Both were on the game-day inactive list. The Packer do not consider that to have interrupted their strings of consecutive games with a reception.

If either had been injured in game 2 and missed the next 8 weeks due to that, being a game day inactive each week, would their consecutive streaks for receptions remain?

He was not activated yesterday. I think they have until 1:00 today to activate him off the PUP list and make him available for Sunday.

If the Packers cannot put out a consistent pass rush against Peyton Manning, he will pick the Packers' defense apart! This may be the deciding factor in the game, IMO.

The Colts are worse against the run defensively than we are. Ryan Grant could have a breakout game this week. We definitely want to get him going so we can keep the ball on the ground, keep the clock running, and keep the ball out of Peyton's hands. If we can do that, I think there's a good chance we could win this one convincingly.

Colts played a strong Raven defense last week and ran up the score... I just don't see a W happening.

I agree with you in concept, however the strength of the ravens defense is their run defense, and the Colts destroyed them with the passing offense with Addai being hurt.

However, you could make an argument that if the Packers have a strength on Defense right now it's in the secondary. That being said, I don't think it's enough to bring home a victory.

I'm not as pessimistic as you guys are. These two teams are fairly evenly matched. Both have a strong group of receivers, a struggling run game, and a defense that has been hobbled by injuries. So, from my point of view this could go either way.

If we can make Peyton uncomfortable in the pocket, we should be able to win this one. This might require some new blitz schemes, but they've had a couple prepared for the last couple of weeks that they haven't used yet. Manning is the lone weapon in the Colts offense, so if we interrupt him we should be able to win.

Secondly, if this is going to be a shoot out, we'll need to control the time of possession. Our run game has been better than theirs this season, so we have a good chance to accomplish this. If we keep Manning off the field for most of the game, the Colts D will crumble.

So, I think we have decent shot of winning. As long as no one screws up, the Packers will win.

                            I have seen the others
                            and I have discovered
That this fight is not worth fighting
and I have seen their receivers
and I will no other, to have to cover
                            the indy colts.
So, hit the showers and hang your cleats
you've got no chance against this fleet.
