Tice got fired because he is a moron. Childress was a puppet in Philly (everyone knows Reid ran the offense) and the players/fans in Minnesotta won't realize that for another 5 years. If you compare the foot in mouth disease between Tice and Childress, I would say that Childress caught up to Tice in a hurry.
