Im not sure why LeRoy feels the need to stick his nose in. There is enough smoke coming off this fire. No need for him to fan the flames.

*shrug* It is his job to give his opinion. If he believes that it is true, I can't fault him for reporting the facts as he sees it. We just need to make sure we don't take everything said as fact and apply some common sense to the whole thing.

You are probably right. It kinda comes off as vindictive, but thats just me.

TERD Buckley over Troy Vincent, Robert Ferguson over Chris Chambers, Kevn King instead of TJ Watt, and now, RICH GANNON, over JIMMY JIMMY JIMMY LEONARD. Thank you FLOWER

Exactly. And I don't know what it is with ex-Packer players, but I see these guys all the time in airports. DFW and ATL are hotspots for ex-Packer players. I see 'em more there than in GB...I gotta think LeRoy Butler knows me by now. He's a very nice guy.

I like LeRoy's Bears week story. He's getting gas and a fan comes up to him and says "You're gonna beat the Bears this weekend, right" (It's not a question). LeRoy says: "We'll do our best." The fan says: "I don't want you to do your best. I want you to win."

The thing is, to me it doesn't matter if Favre's info hurt or not. The point is, Favre first said it was "BS" and now he's saying it happened - just not quite as some said.

So Brett Favre, whom I've admired greatly in the past, is turning out to be human - as we all are - but is also a guy whose issues seem a little serious and who doesn't seem to understand that he really has some issues. He's frantically covering up and backtracking - I don't think he can see what's happening to him - what he's doing to himself.

I guess I thought he was a little more grown up.

And I'm kinda feeling bad for Favre. He's going to end up like Oedipus. I'm not saying he's going to marry his mom - but he's going to end up in great anguish if he ever opens his eyes.

Butler strikes me as a pretty severe idiot.

Actually, I think - upon further consideratyion - that Favre is more like King Lear.
