he has talent and needs to just get experience.. hopefully him getting experience will allow him to become a winner with a killer instinct... ive always been one to think u either have it, or you don't.. but maybe he just needs to learn it because right now he doesnt have it

2 things he lacks...field vision and the feeling of pressure. Unfortunately those are god given talents. He is only going to get a little bit better from here. The good news is that will make him a top 10 QB. I don't ever see him as a top 5. That being said, a perrenial top 10 is pretty fricking good.Originally posted by th87Ever notice that every time Rodgers tries to force it, he gets intercepted? He'll need to figure that out.
He also should beef up his legs to get a stronger base, so as to avoid sacks better.
Further, I say he should hang out with Tony Romo. Romo, while reckless, has this unbelievable pocket sense and escapability. If Rodgers can get some of this somehow, he'll be the man.The only time success comes before work is in the dictionary -- Vince Lombardi

I'm with ya there. I hope he learns Manning's ability to read defenses and make pre-snap adjustments. I haven't seen much of that from #12 yet and I hope he gets better at that as he gains experience.Originally posted by NoodleOne last thing -- I'm not sure how instinctive A-Rod is. Instead, he strikes me as a student of the game type of player, more P Manning than BF. I like that, but I think it explains why there haven't been a lot of "holy crap" moments with the guy. When the going gets weird, the weird turn pro ~Hunter S.

Yeah. Just as long as he doesn't end up with Manning's spastic tics while doing so. That annoys the hell out of me.Originally posted by denverYooperI'm with ya there.
