Four teams had a top 10 offense yet failed to make the playoffs. Those teams were Green Bay, Houston, New Orleans, and Denver. All of them fired their defensive coordinator. Well, Denver also fired their head coach, but apparently they canned him because he wouldn't fire his defensive coordinator.

All three of the teams had head coaches that were hired in 2006--not including Denver.

It's an interesting fact. I guess the point that I took from it is that coaches start feeling the pressure after three years. If something isn't working, it's time to take drastic measures to fix it.
