I know Mike will make a name for himself in this league. He's one of the best communicators I know, and he relates well with the players. He's smart, and he's dedicated."

I really like the Raven style of defense. He has been with the Raven since 2002. He seems to me to be an up and coming DC. He coaches the OLB for the Ravens. I would like the MM and TT to interview him too.

Its just me thinking out loud. He seems to be moving up the ladder. With what Ryan said about him I think he is ready for the next step. He seems to be smart and is into the film room setting up video for the players. Just the type of guy I would be looking for right now.

Ryan is supposedly the leading canidate for the Jets job now. So Pettine would be the logical replacement in Baltimore if Ryan left.
