Hmmm. New York, Dallas, maybe Green Bay.

I wonder why Jerry Jones has kept Wade Phillips. Jones is the kind of owner who would, after spending like a drunken sailor on all those big-name players, fire the coach. I wonder why he hasn't?

By the way, for all you posters who love that "let's sign a bunch of big names and trade for the rest of them," how'd that work out for Dallas this year?

Yea, but you can't deny the FA impact in Arizona, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, and Baltimore...

                  Well... You actually couldn't!

James Harrison was an FA acquisition.

Jim Lenhard, playoff MVP to this point, was a FA acquisition.

Asante Samual has made Philly's secondary one of the deepest in the league!

Kurt Warner and the rejuvenated Edge James were both FA acquisitions!!

Leonhard was non-tendered by the Bills after hip surgery after the Bills season.

One of the worst signings in terms of value ever. Go Cards!
If these were the only signings by Thompson in a given offseason, Bretsky would still have a turtle as an avatar and Merlin and someone else (Red?) would forever be comparing Taco Wallace to these guys favorably!
