First off, Greise never lived up to the hype. He was a good college QB but he had to step in after Elway and I am afraid no one will ever fill those shoes.
Grossman is like a spark to the Bears. That's about it. He will never be a great QB because he can't stay on the field. I think the guy had potential a few years ago. He will be knocked out by the 3rd game of the season.
The thing that both of these guys have in common is that they both have Glass Jaws and can't take a hit. They will be in the anals of the "never was" club.
