Argentina fans deliberately drown out England national anthem with their singing. Got some pushing and shoving early.

He's partly to blame, but the players more so in my opinion. I'm sure he didn't tell them to play THAT deep. He played six defenders and went to a five person back line in the second half. He crouched down quite a bit. That's just too long to play prevent.Originally posted by Joemailman View Post

Against Mexico it was the same thing. I didn’t watch the game but England got up a goal (had a Red Card so were down a man) and tried to hang on for dear life. Meanwhile Mexico hit a crossbar and a post to tie it.
Look at Spain vs. France, they got up a goal then controlled the game and even went out and got another goal.
Playing “not to lose” is a terrible mindset playing a game.
Mike McCarthy use to get up by a score or 2 in countless games and pray his Packers would hang on.
Ya gotta go out with the mentality that you want to win it.
