Packers coach Matt LaFleur said Luke Musgrave’s neck injury goes back to the mandatory minicamp, when he dropped out of practice.Rob Demovsky

LaFleur said there isn't a long-term concern with NT Javon Hargrave's injury. He'll start on PUP but LaFleur said it was because he showed up with something.

Matt LaFleur says he’s learned to “temper expectations” with rookie kickers and have patience through their ups and downs. After having Anders Carlson and Brayden Narveson, Packers are now relying on rookie kicker Trey Smack.Ryan Wood

Matt LaFleur's message to his team yesterday on cusp of training camp: "This is as excited as I've ever been coaching this football team in my time here, and it's because of the people we have in the room."

Aaron Banks is increasingly looking like Gutes worst signing ever (although there are several contenders).

Leave that to his private life, I only want to know about his football skills!!Originally posted by Fritz View PostLuke Musgrave? Not good. That guy, if he's going to resurrect his career as a former second-round pick, needs to show something. Not good.
This trait in your list, Joe, on Dillon Wade, really struck me: "Catches instead of punching."
Glad we can finally talk about these kinds of traits openly.
That said, Pitchers and Catchers report today!!

Gutekunst on Josh Jacobs' on-going legal investigation: "Nothing's changed," adding that the legal matter is "out of our hands" but that Jacobs will practice as usual and is "healthy and looks really good."

Long snapper Matt Orzech is sidelined (calf) and Gutekunst said they'll have to bring someone in off the street to handle the position until he's healthy.

Aaron Banks continues to pay off, total of 11 on injured list:
The Green Bay Packers placed six players on injury lists on Monday: running back Chris Brooks (non-football injury list), tight end Tucker Kraft (physically unable to perform), tight end Luke Musgrave (PUP), left guard Aaron Banks (PUP), defensive lineman Javon Hargrave (PUP) and cornerback Kamal Hadden (PUP). On Tuesday, the team added five more players to the list, including two we expected — edge rusher Micah Parsons (PUP, torn ACL) and defensive lineman Jordon Riley (PUP, torn Achilles).
The other three players were surprises: tackle Brant Banks (PUP), defensive lineman Nazir Stackhouse (PUP) and long snapper Matt Orzech (PUP). Notably, Orzech is the only long snapper on the team, meaning that the Packers will presumably be without one until he returns or another player is signed. Green Bay officially starts training camp practices on Wednesday, so keep an eye out for some potential action there.

The Green Bay Packers announced four roster moves ahead of the start of training camp, including a swap of international exemption players.
The team released kicker Lucas Havrisik and edge rusher Dante Barnett and signed tight end Thomas Yassmin and kicker Lenny Krieg on Tuesday.
The kicker swap means Krieg will now represent the competition for rookie Trey Smack, while the addition of Yassmin provides a healthy body at tight end, where the Packers are dealing with injuries to Tucker Kraft and Luke Musgrave (both on the PUP list) to start camp.
Krieg made a 57-yard field goal and his lone extra point attempt during the preseason with the Atlanta Falcons in 2025.

Dante Barnett was already their international player. Havrisik has been released.Originally posted by pbmax View Post
The new guys is a freebie on the roster, I think. Still qualifies as an International tryout player.
