Its Bears week. There is no other game. That said I'm putting $550 on the Bears and I don't expect to lose the bet....but I can live with it if I do.

Philadelphia Eagles two-time All-Pro right tackle Lane Johnson announced his retirement Tuesday, ending a 14-year career spent entirely in Philadelphia.

Johnson, 36, who is considered one of the top offensive tackles in the NFL, was a surprise inactive on Sunday with the Eagles saying it was for personal reasons.

You’re a millionaire, aren’t you? $550 ain’t even get you a “bang” in a Nevada brothel anymore. Chump change to you, punk.

Moi, on the hand, making $15/hr flipping burgers, still obsessed over the $20 I lost on a 3-teams ML parlay. Got Cowfuckers and Gee Men (Giants) correct. Fucking Racisto Italiano DB cost me the parlay by dropping a damn pick in the clutch thrown Stafford.

Eagles throwing in the towel on 2026? Already lost Lane Johnson to retirement.

              @AdamSchefter

Trade: Eagles are sending two-time Pro Bowl center Cam Jurgens and a 2027 7th-round pick to the Ravens in exchange for a 2027 5th-round pick and a 2028 2nd-round pick, sources tell ESPN.

Eagles loading up in 2028, when their picks include:Two first-round picks, theirs and the Patriots’. Two second-round picks, theirs and the Ravens’.

I would absolutely hate it if my team, the Packers were giving up/tearing down/doing idiotic crap like the Eagles.
What could be more GOOD and NORMAL and AMERICAN than Packer Football?

Just learned listening to NFL Radio that Jungens was now playing G for the Eagles and not fitting in well do a change in offensive scheme.

Eagles get something for a good OL that doesn't match what they want to do and the Ravens get a C they need.
But Rodgers leads the league in frumpy expressions and negative body language on the sideline, which makes him, like Josh Allen, a unique double threat.

It wasn't satisfying just hanging on after a late 10 point lead in the Tampa heat, but that's a hell of a lot better than being down 14 late to Tampa Bay at home like Dallas.

Yea. Eagles are so crappy compared to us. The way they win Owls and games.....fools. They should have a team in complete chaos like us.

I didn't say they were a crappy team. I said they are apparently doing an idiotic crappy thing nowadays if they are giving up and tearing down.

You seriously see the Packers as "a team in complete chaos"? I say no way to that.

Marvin Harrison Jr. on the trading block. Has never lived up to his billing as the 4th overall pick in the draft. Didn't some body here want Gute to give up half the draft picks to draft Harrison?

The Cardinals have fielded calls for the last few weeks centered around Marvin Harrison Jr. Now, per me and Adam Schefter, he'll be inactive this week as his tenure in AZ is over. No trade is finalized as of now. But he's expected to be traded.

Well, I can say at least that wasn't me.

And I'm just going to grouse like an old man that "centered around" is a mixed metaphor. It's "centered on." You can't center around something.

And yeah, that guy is a bust.

And Loins fans, who had flags out flapping everywhere the past three years, who wore their Loins jerseys everywhere these past three years, are suddenly very quiet and back to wearing regular clothing on Sundays.

My immediate guesses would be Bretsky (I immediately disqualify this guess because the guy was a Buckeye) and APB.

Or its Joe telling on himself.
Bud Adams told me the franchise he admired the most was the Kansas City Chiefs. Then he asked for more hookers and blow.
