RIP to Mike Ditka. My bears hatred does not run as deep as most of yours but we all agree the rivalry is awesome. Are the bears gonna honor him by destroying the Packers how the superfans predicted
? Maybe he held off passing away until this week as a final play against his greatest rival?

If this game Sunday was in Chicago I’d predict they’d thump our Packers in a nasty way, especially now with Ditka passing away.
In front of the Chicago crowd the Bears would probably do the, “let’s get this win for the coach” thing.
But the game is at Lambeau and Bear Packer games are hard to predict, not to mention the Bears are going with a 3rd string quarterback.

The Sinners should honor Iron Mike by beating the Queens.Originally posted by MadtownPacker View PostRIP to Mike Ditka. My bears hatred does not run as deep as most of yours but we all agree the rivalry is awesome. Are the bears gonna honor him by destroying the Packers how the superfans predicted

The trade up for Ricky Williams woulda been the greatest draft trade in NFL history if not for Mary Jane. Williams loved Mary Jane more than he loved futbol.I don’t want a battle from beginning to end
I don’t want a cycle of recycled revenge

My daughter and spouse are here from Chicago and we're going to a sports bar to watch the game today. My daughter is a faithful Packers' fan (I did something right as a father, anyway!) but her spouse is a Bears' fan. Should be fun . . . for them.
I imagine Ben Johnson is licking his chops at the idea of beating the Packers with a third-string QB. And I think that's what's going to happen. The clownshow that is the Green Bay Packers in 2026 (going back to half of 2025) isn't going to be fixed overnight, if this regime can fix it at all.
But then again, isn't this the kind of game you're certain your team will lose, and then they surprise you somehow, and Tex then crows about it? Could be that strange of a season.
I'm telling you, man, it's the 70's and 80's again. Except I don't have hair, but for what's growing out of my nose and ears."The Devine era is actually worse than you remember if you go back and look at it."

As it turns out, he checked out so he didn't have to see what we did to Ben Johnson yesterday.Originally posted by MadtownPacker View PostRIP to Mike Ditka.
