Is the Posters Game going to happen in 2009? If so, I guess we can start making plans on which game to choose next week.

Last year it was just decided it would be the first home game in Oct. in order to keep it simple I guess. That way people that need to book a hotel can do it right away.

What's the priority here? 1st October game, or a 3 PM game? After all, there is no guarantee of 3 PM games. Packers had one 3:15 game at home last year (Indianapolis). They had none in 2006 or 2007. If they have any there is a good chance it will be against a marquee team (Minnesota, Dallas, Baltimore).

Are we ruling out Sunday Night or Monday night games?

Monday night would be hell for those who have to travel. The first posters game was a Sunday night game. I think there were those who had to be to work the next day so that was an issue for them. I just came home on Monday.

We could be confusing and say the first home game in October unless there's a late game in the month. (now watch there be 2 late games in October.)

So if the 1st home game is at noon and the 3rd home game is 3:15 the Posters game will be the 3rd home game?

That's what I'm thinking. And if by some bizarre reason, there is more than one 3:00 home game in October (?) take the first one. If there are none, then the first home game.
