Love: Tyson Jackson, Andre Smith,
Like: BJ Raji, Malcolm Jenkins, Brian Orakpo, Robert Ayers
Afraid: Michael Crabtree, Michael Oher
The like list is mostly my thoughts on Packer needs.
Andre Smith played too well in college to let two decisions turn him into a bad player.
Crabtree's offense isn't a gimmick anymore at the HS or college level. The Airraid was developed by Hal Mummee in Kentucky almost 2 decades ago and won a National Championship for Bob Stoops (O Coordinator = Mike Leach).
It might be something you will never see in the NFL, but the concepts are already there. And a receiver might have the easiest adjustment going from one offense to another. He isn't going to be asked primarily block or rush the football.
What scares me is the diva routine. He has been all over media interviews this week and seems to get into trouble at each spot. Mangini might be playing games by leaking that they have taken him off the board, but if you drew up a list to put me off a pick, then injury and media transgressions would be near the top. But given my history with the draft, that probably means he will be a 7-time All-Pro.
