The "Around The League" video from the NFL Network linked from packers.com is interesting. They talk about Raji playing both NT and DE. Then, they had a tidbit about ARod chartering a plane and flying six of his teammates to the Kentucky Derby. They said he really takes care of his teammates--especially his wideouts and even some of the practice squad guys with gifts like this all of the time.

MOre good stuff like this and I may have to break down and buy a Rodger's jersey. IT wuld be the first one I bought since the Craig Newsome one 13 years ago.

I'm actually thinking about a Rodgers jersey too (first since Reggie over a decade ago). I don't like wearing Packer gear all that much, but a Rodgers jersey would be a symbol of what I believe in as well as what I don't believe in. I think I could wear it proud. I'd wear it to support a passion for football, a belief in team and disgust toward selfishness.Originally posted by cpk1994I agree. I am happy that Aaron is our QB. In the mean time, I should get a "Woodson" name tag to put over "Newsome". Then the jersey will be relevant again.Originally posted by Jeffro66Same her cpk. A Rodgers jersey is on my list. I just hope its not too good to be true. He seems like a great guy, and handling a very difficult situation with an incredible maturity level.

I think his draft day experiecnce really humbled him. Made him realize that he needs to enjoy what he has and not to mess it up.Originally posted by Scott CampbellOriginally posted by cpk1994I agree. I think the best thing is how he handled the whole Favre situation. Just took that shit in stride, never said anything bad, kept his cool the whole time.
That's my guy, that's our QB!
It's a pleasant departure to be honest.
They say you never know how good you had it until they're gone. They should also say you never know how good it can *really* be until their gone.
Argue records with me all day but I think we're about to really see this team as a contender over the next 2-4 years.

I think Kampman has helped him a lot. I read a story last year. I think Kampman was his roommate for awhile, and I think he really helped Rodgers out. I think it has a lot to do with his faith. I'm sure most of it was his upbringing, but he has matured since he got to Green Bay.Originally posted by Scott CampbellI just hope its not too good to be true. But quite frankly, most of the people that are commenting on it don't know anything about what they are talking about."--Ted Thompson
