I certainly wasn't going that direction with the comment of the Jets using Favre, I explained how they used Favre, let me explain more, they got more nationally televised games, more games were shown in different markets. They traded and received a very marketable player and they used that to their benefit. What the fuck is so hard to understand about that? Seriously???

I can't say I want Favre to throw 3 picks a game if he plays, but 3 picks against the Packers would be helpful. It's not "hating" Favre to hope he doesn't have a great year for the Vikings, since the better Favre plays the better the Vikings chances of winning. It does seem there are some here whose loyalty to Favre is greater than their loyalty to the Packers. That's not where I'm at, but to each his (or her) own.

The chances that Favre will play well if he faces the Packers are pretty good since both games will occur by early November. Favre's performance dropoffs of recent years have occured after Thanksgiving.
