The team has to start winning consistently before TT can be labeled a pure genius.

Agreed, TT goes about it all the right way, but this year we will see if he is getting the right coaching and talent by doing it the right way. If we don't win MINIMUM of 9 games I start to be on the anti TT wagon...not because I disagree with his methods, but hey, I got great throwing mechanics, that doesn't land me a job with the brewers.
