Pretty consistent with everything else that has been posted. He has a hell of an arm, but there are questions about his leadership. Not so much that he can't lead, but more of a we need to see it from him because how he handled the situation in Denver doesn't look good. The change of scenery may do wonders for him, or it may not.

I personally think the Denver Broncos handled the situation poorly in the case of the QB situation. They cackerjack shit in my opinion.
