No more throwing it away outside the tackles. Sick and tired of watching DL kill themselves to get to a QB only to have him toss it out of bounds. They need to get rid of the Theismann rule, or at least modify it. The only modificatin is if their is no receievr within 10 yards of the ball it must be thrown in bounds beyond the line of scrimmage.

A little different than intentional grounding. If forced to throw into the field of play QBs will more than likely try to complete it, as it is hard to know where everybody is and heaving it down field may not always work

This crap of letting them run around and then throw it away is wrong. QB, 6-1, 225 runs average vs DL, 6-2, 300 pounds slower than shit. Who gets the breather? The QB. Not fair and the DL should get more than winded for their efforts.

never going to happen QBs are the franchise.
Swede: My expertise in this area is extensive. The essential difference between a "battleship" and an "aircraft carrier" is that an aircraft carrier requires five direct hits to sink, but it takes only four direct hits to sink a battleship.
