Have the Chicago Bears had such a great off season to move up in NFL Power Ranking polls from the mid pack position (or 16th) to the botton quarter of the league rankings (or 8th)?
Essentially what I've seen is the Viking and Bears positions at the end of 2008 have swapped places for the pre-season Power Ranking this season. The prediction is that the Bears finish at 11-5 to win the NFCN. The Vikings will be at 10-6. The Packers and Lions third and fourth respectively in the NFCN.
Will Bear off season moves have such a positive impact on their results in 2009?
The Packers are holding at around position 20-24 in Power Rankings and the Lions as usual picking up the rear (position 30-32).
