Really? I've talked to several people who used them and they all had good things to say, which is why I went with them. May I ask what happened in your situation?

Keeping in mind that we had to have most of our stuff stored until we found a house (about 6 months), it was a pain to access the containers and then when they were supposed to deliver them, they didn't show. For days. Once we got the stuff delivered, it took a while to get them to come pick up the containers.
