Vick tidbit I heard

Today I met this kid @ Marquette (I go there) who says his dad knows someone in the Packers front office.

He said the Packers were in fact going to sign Vick, but were scared off because they didn't want to have 2 consecutive summers filled with drama. To me, this explanation seems very plausible.

So, for those of you who wanted Vick (myself included) you can thank Favre for not making it possible.

I think I will see him tomorrow, and I am going to ask him if he knows anything about exactly why they didn't want Favre back last season, (was it injury, decline in production, that he hates TT because TT is gay - yes I have heard this) etc
