He looked good. Not great, but good. Tenn announcers were positve about his growth, maturity, accepting of backup role.Originally posted by PartialHow did Young look? I see he ran a td and passed for one at least. Didn't watch. What say you?
He looked like a sound backup. He is on the right path, like Leinart.

I don't think the Packers have to worry about any CBs or Ss being cut claimed by other teams. We need to look at a 4th CB to pick-up but I'm guessing they will say Bush is the man.
Thank God for Chuck and Al!!!
But Rodgers leads the league in frumpy expressions and negative body language on the sideline, which makes him, like Josh Allen, a unique double threat.

I thought the same about Leinart after last week. Playing with TONS more confidence than he did as a rookie. Looks like he might actually belong now.Originally posted by Tyrone BiggunsHe looked good. Leinart has changed physically and mentally. One of the things they worked on was his strength and his core. Apparently, at USC he didn't need to put that much zip on the shorter routes...so he kinda lofted them in. That has changed.Originally posted by ZoolI thought the same about Leinart after last week. The bandwagon is back on for him....he had'em, lost'em, now has them again. There are actually people that want him to start.

How long has Leinhart been in the league? Smith/Rodgers - Young/Leinhart - Ryan - Stafford, right?(I'm too lazy to look)
If it's his 3rd year, then that's probably about the right amount of seasoning time.--

Leinart was really unpopular here. He had to work to get what he has now. He came into this season having to fight for the backup position...beating out Brian St. Pierre...so that shoud tell you how bad they thought he had played.Originally posted by GuinessBackup QB is always the most popular guy on the team...Originally posted by Tyrone BiggunsLeinart has changed physically and mentally. So then there's hope for Brohm?
But seriously I saw some improvement with him last night. He finally ditched the glove and didn't look like a deer in headlights. It did appear MM and company were taking a hard look at the group of RBs to decide who to keep and who to cut tomorrow.
Last night I finally had to mute the TN stream and have Paul's stream minimized so I could hear what was going on about the Pack. Those TN announcers didn't even mention that Raji had a sprained ankle!!
