The whole last 3 minutes by the Pats was inexplicably dumb, to be honest.
Things that are dumb:
1) Taking a time out before a drive on which you're trying to run out the clock.
2) Going for it on 4th and 2 deep in your own zone.
3) Tackling Addai at the one, instead of letting him score with a minute and a half remaining.
4) Tackling Addai at the one, AGAIN, instead of letting him score with a minute remaining.
5) Running the kickoff out of the endzone, wasted time and gained no yards.
6) The "hook and fumble ineffectually" play call at the end.</delurk>Comment
