Books on Football

So I keep reading the posts about the defensive coverage schemes and what not and frankly, a bunch of it goes over my head. So, for those in the know (or at least who think they are) are there any books or websites that can explain some of these defensive schemes or principles (sp?) that you can recommend?

Just looking to help myself obtain a deeper understanding of the game and hopefully can get some recommendations on material to assist me.
