This is a torrent file for which you need a freeware bittorent sharing program to download. My preference is utorrent

The simple answer is just to download and install utorrent, download the tiny .torrent file you want from a file sharing site like mininova.org or the site dabaddest posted above, and open the .torrent file with utorrent.

That will start you downloading. You can pause at any time and start back up again with no loss of progress. There are some tricks to download faster by bypassing firewalls, but that gets complicated.

Also, the speed you download the file is dependent on how popular the file is. Last night's game vid posted on the site above only has 1 seeder (uploader) so it'll take forever to download. Other files on mininova have 1000's of uploaders and therefore download much much faster.

I'd recommend trying back later when this site is more popular.

Actually, there's another problem with this particular file. It's on a private tracker which means you have to register at a website called http://immortalseed.com/ before you can download it.

I'm always loathe to register at a website I don't know, so I'll probably pass on this one unless it gets a lot more uploaders and positive feedback from downloaders.
