Watcing him play is unreal the way he walks up to the line every series and changes the plays to be favorable for his offense.

He is not human. He is the coach of the Colts. Think about it....he's never ran a play that was given to him...he audibles almost every play....he is a genius.

I got him in my fantasy league so it is the first time I have ever wanted him to do well

He is often looking to make the last change at the LOS. Just like Capers and his D like to make the blitz call after the QB and center make their protection call, Manning makes a PLAY call after the D is set. Some of the gyrations he goes through are decoys, biding time until the defense reveals itself.

The most difficult part is that they cannot get into a rhythm of making the call and then the QB cadence, because the D could call a shift if given time. So what is even more amazing is that everyone on that offense can be waiting on his call, but if he sees the D he wants, he can get under center and snap it within 1 or 2 seconds, before the D can reset. Its remarkable.

great player. heard he's a DH in person though. i heard a db saying a lot of his audibles were fake. he'd just yell stuff in response to the defense yelling stuff.
