  • Javon Walker open to a trade

Rarely used Raiders wide receiver Javon Walker would be okay with a trade sending him to another team before Tuesday's deadline.

Of course he's open to a trade. I'm sure Ruvell Martin would have been open to a trade too, and he would have gotten more interest. Unless Al Davis finds a way to make a trade with himself, I don't see this happening.

Translation: "I'll be happy to sit on the bench for a better team and rake in my $4.6 Million."

Seriously, if he can't find time with the Raiders, is there any team that he would actually help?

In restrospect, TT did a nice job of getting rid of that train wreck.
I think I followed the trades correctly. Here's what we got for him. (Feel free to check my work!)

I took one look at all those trades, and thought, "This is going to look like a New Jersey highway map trying to connect all of these..." I have to agree with you on the effect of the trade, though.
Teamwork is what the Green Bay Packers were all about. They didn't do it for individual glory. They did it because they loved one another.
