  • It's NFL Stat Trivia Time! ("Jeopardy" Version)

This one might be too easy.
    The answer is:

    30.9
    68.8
    15.1
    51.0
    36.4
    10.5

What is the question? (I found it quite interesting, myself.)

QB ratings for Cleveland QBs over the past 6 games?

OK the Clevelnd thing was a joke. Rodger's QB ratings the last 6 first quarters.

Actually, your joke wasn't a joke!

The numbers are Derek Anderson's QB ratings in his six starts.

I thought 30.9 was bad, then he "topped" (or should I say "bottomed") that with a 15.1! Surely that was as bad as a starter could be, wasn't it?? He proved me wrong again with a 10.5 this past weekend.

Is a "0.00" on the way????

This has got to be about as bad of a 6 game stretch as any QB has ever had.

Does Cleveland have to play Anderson any more to avoid paying Quinn his big bonus? Or do we now get to see if Quinn can be even worse.

I thought the 68 and 51 were too high. That's why I thought it was a joke.

Cleveland is extremely bad. Recipe for disaster - come into a bad team, get rid of all the talent, and humiliate your "QB of the future." They really should end up 0-16, but they got that huge 6-3 decision versus Buffalo. They will be kicking themselves for that win if they don't get the number one pick in the draft (but whose career do they want to destroy with the number one pick?).

Wow. I thought I might be able to find someone equally stinky, but no such luck. He makes Jamarcus Russell look like a star.

Anderson is looking like the catcher with a mental hiccup about throwing down to 2nd after warm-ups, who sails every throw into center field. Even when receivers are open, Anderson can't get it close most of the time.

That's what a TD pass will do for you, even with a completion percentage under 40% as he had in one of those games.

Yea its a joke they are playing Quinn right now, all due to money.

I'm not even sure Quinn is that much better then Anderson. Anytime I've watched him he has shown nothing. He dumps it off underneath every time, and he has no arm to top it off.

There is no one to throw the ball to - all the talent is gone. Quinn may suck, but how would you really know.

Maybe if the Browns fans stage their planned walkout, Mangini can convince Anderson that the game hasn't started yet. That will take all the pressure off and, boom, his Steve Sax syndrome magically goes into remission and he'll be just like his 2007 self again. Unfortunately the Browns fans will file in late and he'll revert to his current form at the end of the first quarter.
