Goddamn, I'm almost weakened after this one.

I couldn't get in a football argument with an ant right now.
I'm too ticked and disappointed. I'd just step on the ant and be done with it.

But not the team in Carolina. He doesn't want to freeze his ass off anymore. If he wanted to do that, he'd have stayed in Pittsburgh.

i didnt think the weather was the reason for cowher leaving pitt, but i may be mistaken... i would think being the head coach for 2 of the most historic teams in pro football would be intruiging for him... and if he was able to win a superbowl for both what that say... its fun to think about anyway...

i'm not catching your meaning of the team in carolina line... ???

He's said Carolina would be the only place he's interested in coaching. He wants to live there.

We he might get the chance with the way things are going down in Panther land.

BTW.....to early to call for Doms head......TT or M3 come first. TT put the players/talent on the field.

What happened to the wizard? Gregg Williams and Mike Nolan create dominating defenses -- why not Capers? Seem to recall Williams saying the packers had the most talent of the teams he visited.

Its unfortunate Williams did not become a Packer.

hmmm, thats interesting... i hadn't heard that... but thanx for letting me know... i'd much rather him go to carolina than dallas as i've heard rumblings down here for that... just dont see jerry jones giving up that kind of control...

Pick 6. Blocked punt for 6. Extra short field for another. That is 14 points when they weren't on the field and seven more when they were hung out to dry. Tough to blame them for all 38.
Bud Adams told me the franchise he admired the most was the Kansas City Chiefs. Then he asked for more hookers and blow.

I think you missed 6 more.

So now you get half a season to install your defense in GB? Capers is not the problem. There is no super secret teleport blitz that can get the QB pressure we need. We need a pass rusher. Clay does a lot of things well but his pass rush is just ok, Kampman was starting to lose it way before the switch to OLB.

I'll say this as polite as possible. This is a stupid thread. Ya, our defense could be playing better. But did you honestly expect a team that has players who've only played a 4-3 defense to excel with this new defense? It's going to take time and its also going to take Capers getting in some new personnel. Fire Capers. ya ok!
