  • On to Dallas...

After a couple rough weeks, I was pleasantly surprised to see Dallas is only favored over GB by 2.5 pts. Not bad, considering. So, the odds-makers in Vegas haven't given up on the Pack. We shouldn't either!!

That's nice of them. But I'm not taking the points in this one.

They like to run the ball, we can stop the run. Can we contain Romo enough to not scramble around and make the big plays will be whether or not our D succeeds in this game.

On offense, its gotta be quick passes or guys like Ware will kill Rodgers. If he tries the shit he's been doing for weeks now and hold onto the football, he's gonna take yet another beating. This is truly a game we need to run to set up our passing game. Most likely MM wont stick with it though.

Talent-wise and scheme-wise Dallas and Green Bay are a lot alike. It will be a good test to see just where both teams are at.

Dallas does have a huge advantage on special teams and that's where we've broke down so often this year.

On the other hand, if Romo is hurried he can be careless.

On the other, other hand, Romo and Dallas are hot. GB is in disarray.

On the other, other, other hand, like LeRoy Butler says, if Rodgers has enough time to get hot, anything can happen.

I'm expecting MM to come out throwing as usual, so I'm expecting Dallas to win in a blowout.
One time Lombardi was disgusted with the team in practice and told them they were going to have to start with the basics. He held up a ball and said: "This is a football." McGee immediately called out, "Stop, coach, you're going too fast," and that gave everyone a laugh.

We start Clifton-Colledge-Wells-Sitton-Lang and go nuts. That line finishes the year. Offense finds some mojo for a week because they play better with their back against the wall, where Tampa pinned 'em.

ST gives up a long runback again but Kevin Greene blows a gasket and rips Poppinga's head off. ST's not his concern but he just gets sick of the D getting the shit end of it and feels like someone needs a good reamin' for that bullshit. No more runbacks are surrendered for weeks.

Dallas has pwn3d us the last few years. That changes Sunday. Our team remains an enigma and pulls this one off. Then they beat SF and lose to the Lions, further confusing the shit out of their fans.

You're theory might go right if Tauscher doesnt play this weekend, Lang would start at RT according to jsonline. Its also possible College loses his spot and our line looks like this... Clifton-Lang-Wells(wish it was spitz)-Sitton-Lang

So how can Lang start twice on the line?

All of the sudden Lang has become extremely valuable.

I believe Dallas has never won in Lambeau. Another precious piece of Packer pride in serious jeopardy.

If they can manage this then maybe our offensive line troubles are over.

Who would you put at RT if Tauscher's knee takes three weeks to get back into playing shape?
