I won't predict the score, but this could be a trap game for the Cowboys. Fans on their message boards are still talking about the Eagles win. Not too much being said about the Packers. They're taking us for granted.
One time Lombardi was disgusted with the team in practice and told them they were going to have to start with the basics. He held up a ball and said: "This is a football." McGee immediately called out, "Stop, coach, you're going too fast," and that gave everyone a laugh.

I think the team is sufficiently chastised and embarrassed after last week, and shows up ready to play.

I just hope that 'ready to play' also means paying attention and keeping the penalty yardage to a minimum.

42-0 Pack in a rout! JJ makes sure his Cowboys never play in GB again.

        Booya!

Its gonna be a high scoring affair...Greg Jennings comes out of his season long retirement and scores twice.

I've seen a lot of the Cowboys' games this year (I have way too many of them on my fantasy team...) and I think they are a beatable team for the Pack--but they will have to figure out a way to keep DeMarcus Ware from planing Aaron Rodgers into the ground like a tulip bulb. But remember, this is the same Cowboys team that barely beat a terrible Kansas City Chiefs team on the road.

Teamwork is what the Green Bay Packers were all about. They didn't do it for individual glory. They did it because they loved one another.

You guys all suck. Packers win this mofo big while they get their "swagger" back. 45-17 over the Cowgirls who will all of a sudden fall apart. Couple this with a late season swoon for Favre and the Queens and the Packers win the division at 12-4, as I predicted in the original predict the season thread.

                        I hope you are right.

But for the first time in a long time, I am going against the Pack. They really disappointed me last week and have plugged my well of eternal optimism.

Yeah I don't think so. Packers owned TOP today and dominated on defense.

We can hold them on defense...but we'll watch Rodgers get sacked about 12 more times.
Yeah I'll say we hold them on defense. Ohhhhh you still had us losing. Weak.

Closer than you might think, but just not quite there yet. True to form the past couple of years, I do expect their play to improve as the season rolls along.

Even in 2007, their play in the first 8 games stunk, but they managed to win. You don't strike lightning twice... I have no idea what to make of this team. Right now, they just aren't very good.
Good enough to beat the Coyboys I guess.

This is all in good fun. I actually think you should all pick against the Packers every week.
