McCarthy called someone named Allen over the comment. One comment to M3 and he made one comment back. Called Allen to find out the name of the guy but did not ask action to be taken.

Not sure about the Press Gazette version. Jeff Blumb (Plumb?) the PR guy did correct himself but he didn't repeat the name after the question so I am not sure what he got wrong initially.
I am confident that Chillar is not OUT as the GBPG has him listed in their blog. M3 said Chillar was fine and they would work out his role in the next 48 hours.
