Under McCarthy, the offensive game plan against the Bears is always "play not to lose". Like last year at Chicago, the Packers totally dominate the first half ,,, give it up in the second half.

When you "play not to lose" football, you usually lose. Only takes one big play or bad call by the ref and there you have it.
