Pittsburgh is the top Rushing defense in the league, but if McStubby abandons the run and has Arod in the shot gun all day, the Packers will lose no matter how good the Packers' defense performs.

Packers have run 35 plays. Six have been rushing, including one by Rodgers (TD).
so you take away the rodgers run because it was a busted pass play and we've only called 5 run plays and 30 passing plays

What did McStubby say about needing to have a running game in December for these types of games?
One time Lombardi was disgusted with the team in practice and told them they were going to have to start with the basics. He held up a ball and said: "This is a football." McGee immediately called out, "Stop, coach, you're going too fast," and that gave everyone a laugh. John Maxymuk, Packers By The Numbers
Why?!? So he could kick it wide right and give the Steelers a chance at returning it for a TD? Let's face it...Crosby said he's confident, but he is awful.
He's lost confidence in his holder. Let's ship him off to Minnesota.

Distance isn't his problem.
Besides, on a hail mary, the d has a chance to make a play too.
I just think that if by some near miracle he makes that, he gets much-needed confidence boost.

Geez, now we're afraid of the kick returner. What the hell is this?

That's an excuse..and I'll gladly ship his ass to MN if Longwell comes back...tell him there's a new Steakhouse and it's real fancy.

needing it and getting it are two different things.
it's not like it's raining and muddy out there. again, we're a passing team.
