Wausau, welcome to the forum. Have you met Harlan? He actually started this site, albeit, he handed over the reigns to other more capable and willing owners.

None-the-less, he's pretty much loved and respected around here. I agree with you on him being able to get under your skin. But just calling him an asshole won't do much to piss him off.
