I say 40 receptions, 525 yards, 4 TDs. Assuming he doesn't sustain another injury, which is very possible.

Re: Predict Javon Walker's Season Numbers
Seems reasonable. This kind of thinking could lead to Walker being a mid-round steal in fantasy football drafts, if he returns to form.Originally posted by BallHawkI say 40 receptions, 525 yards, 4 TDs. Assuming he doesn't sustain another injury, which is very possible.

Yes, Denver has been a running team since Shanahan took over. But, their go-to reciever has put up some decent numbers over the years.Originally posted by PaCkFan_n_MDWell, since denver is a running team and since plummer is their QB, I say 55 rec 700 yards 6tds
Rod Smith
'97 - 1180 yds 12 TD
'98 - 1222 6
'00 - 1602 8
'01 - 1343 11
'04 - 1144 7
If Walker is healthy ( and that's the real question ), it's reasonable to think he'll go for 1300 yds and 10 TD's.

Coming off an injury, and with Rod Smith still around, I doubt he gets that. I think he'll go for about 70 receptions, 1000 yards, and 8-10 TDs.Originally posted by ahahaIf Walker is healthy ( and that's the real question ), it's reasonable to think he'll go for 1300 yds and 10 TD's."There's a lot of interest in the draft. All signs so far point to him being healthy and although it usually takes two years to fully recover from ACL injuries, I have to figure he'll still put up decent numbers with Rod Smith opposite him.
I say around 5 receptions, 900yds and 7 TD's.60% of the time it works every time.

IMHO it's all about the injury. If he's close to the physical form of '04, Shanaham will take advantage. Plus, that division has some suspect secondaries.Originally posted by HarveyWallbangersComing off an injury, and with Rod Smith still around, I doubt he gets that. Holy crap. That is 180 yards and 1.4 touchdowns per reception. I'm guessing that would be the highest in NFL history.Originally posted by mrbojanglesAll signs so far point to him being healthy and although it usually takes two years to fully recover from ACL injuries, I have to figure he'll still put up decent numbers with Rod Smith opposite him.

Best he'll do.
60 receptions for about 900 yards and 8 TD's would be a very solid season for Javon Walker, considering he's coming off serious knee surgery.** Since 2006 3 X Pro Pickem' Champion; 4 X Runner-Up and 3 X 3rd place.

I gotta pipe in on this one:
Javon Walker for the season - I'm saying Zero receptions, Zero yards and Zero TD's as he will aggrivate the injury, or suffer a new one, during camp or pre-season and will be lost for the year.
