Seems like he isnt getting the looks from the next level because of his size eventhough he dominated HS Ball. I mean good lord he threw 42 TDs in HS! Is there a real diference in 5'10" and 6'1"? I mean will three inches really mean the difference in how he sees the field?

I never played QB but damn I know our line was on average 6'3" and big boys so a 6'1" guy is still to short

I'm not disagreeing with you, but in a business that divides haves and have-nots by hundredths of a second or one or two reps or 1/8 of an inch on a jump, he's got to have something that's going to make him stand out from all the other "undersized" guys other than his name. Same reason only D3 schools wanted me... 5'11" ... Over 70% with 28 TDs my senior year. Thought about following dad to UW-W but went to UC-Irvine (baseball) instead.
That didn't work out either.

I graduated high school 6'4" 255....2 weeks into football camp at D-2 Winona State, coach tells me I am too small, and unless I get serious and get my weight to around 285/290, I won't be able to hold myself against the big boys.
