I'd think it would get faster as people give up and start guessing...

I'm just trading away all my picks for future considerations.

no way can we go 7 rounds, it's going to take us over a week to do the first round

and those are all the players we know

by the middle of round 2 we'd be making up names

Its not even so much that, just people taking too long when its their pick.

If we want to do 7 rounds, we should first:
1) Wait until compensatories are announced (any day now)
2) Wait to see how long it takes for us to figure out the Packers pick in round 1.

If it takes a while to figure out the Packer pick in round 1, where everybody knows all the prospects... think of how bad it will be in the 6th round where 50% of us know 25% of the prospects.

I was kidding, but we could maybe do round 2 if enough people are interested, seriously.

With the 17th pick in the 2010 NFL Mock draft the 49ers select Earl Thomas from the University of the Texas.

It came down to Thomas, Bulaga, or Iupati. At the end we felt the need FS was more of a need then RT.

Earl Thomas is a ballhawk with excellent awareness on the field who covers like a cornerback and tackles like a safety. Ran a 4.44 at the combine with 21 reps on the bench 225 lbs (2 more than Berry).

Pittsburgh(swede) are now on the clock....
