i think that might have something to do with it. I'm seeing a lot of mocks lately that have bulaga as a top 10 pick, a couple even had him as the #5 pick

The Pittsburgh Steelers need more quality and depth along their offensive line, but they also had some key losses in the defensive backfield in the off season. A safety they liked was picked at 17, so they decided to draft a big mean guard to help protect Ben Roethlisberger's butt and provide some nasty push in the interior running game.

With the 18th pick in the 2010 NFL draft the Pittsburgh Steelers select Mike Iupati, the 6'6" 330 lb guard from Idaho.
