I could see it as a possible special teams move. Afterall, the NFL career was ended due to injury it appears, and he showed in Arena he is back.

When healthy, he's pretty fast. The 40 time he ran in 2008 (4.46) has been beat by only 6 WR's in this year's combine. He's also about 16 pounds bigger now than he was at his Pro Day in 2008.I can't run no more

People get down on Nelson because he has stunk it up in return duty. He's actually been pretty reliable as a WR.
