I don't think Brandon wanted Perish Cox with the Browns pick. He selected Gilyard, then said he'd want the Cox pick for the Packers.
I would vote for Perish Cox, hands down right now. He's a character risk, like Davis, but is a super high upside player with every skill you could ask for and it's the 3rd round, not the 1st.
Sorry for the mix up, I gave Gilyard to the Browns, Cox is still on the board.
