    Make a move for a guy like Jason Campbell from Washington or Chad Pennington. They are guys out there that can stop gap while they get the talent level built back up.

    Ideally, instead of making the pick, they trade back and add some picks and maybe players.

      Trade the pick for Big Ben and the Steelers 1st?
      Swede: My expertise in this area is extensive. The essential difference between a "battleship" and an "aircraft carrier" is that an aircraft carrier requires five direct hits to sink, but it takes only four direct hits to sink a battleship.

        Do you think they may actually draft one of the big DT's?
        I don't know why the Rams would be blowing smoke. With the number 1 pick, if you aren't trading it away there is no reason to not have your selection ready at this point. If they say Bradford, I'm going to assume they are actually going to take him. No idea why they aren't negotiating if they want to select him though.

        I personally would take the DT. You need to build your team at the lines and when the BPA is also a DT you can't really go wrong.

          Suh = Sapp
          Bradford = Joey Harrington

          I'd go DL for sure as although the bust rate there is quite high, not near as high as QB. Plus it's not like they have somebody in house to allow Bradford to groom so on a team as bad as the rams you might end up going all David Carr on him.

            I take Suh. I have NEVER liked Bradford. he has never impressed me. Even in his heisman year I thought Tebow was still the better player. 2 years ago, Bradford was never touched...amazing OL, along with a no huddle spread offense. I would have liked to see what Bradford would have looked like with Adrian Peterson and have him take snaps under center and run some true play action plays. Bradford is going to be a bust, and St. Louis is going to pay dearly for it.

              If I were the Rams, I'd sell my franchise.
              One time Lombardi was disgusted with the team in practice and told them they were going to have to start with the basics. He held up a ball and said: "This is a football." McGee immediately called out, "Stop, coach, you're going too fast," and that gave everyone a laugh.

                I guess we will find out.

                  I wonder if their fans are happy about passing up Suh?
                  [QUOTE=George Cumby] ...every draft (Ted) would pick a solid, dependable, smart, athletically limited linebacker...the guy who isn't doing drugs, going to strip bars, knocking around his girlfriend or making any plays of game changing significance.
