Like somebody said, maybe TT likes what we got. (But then Austin Lane is still on the board.)
In part, the pass rush might come from Neal playing tackle on 3rd downs.

But I agree, we seem a player short there, esp. on pass rush. They must see it in Jones. Unless there is a ton of OLB depth later.
Bud Adams told me the franchise he admired the most was the Kansas City Chiefs. Then he asked for more hookers and blow.

He timed faster than Mays, by 1/100th of a second (according to Draft Countdown).
One time Lombardi was disgusted with the team in practice and told them they were going to have to start with the basics. He held up a ball and said: "This is a football." McGee immediately called out, "Stop, coach, you're going too fast," and that gave everyone a laugh.

We only need a pass rush specialist...and there are still plenty of smaller college DEs that could transition well to a 3-4 OLB pass rush player.
My signature has NUDITY in it...whatcha gonna do?

I think they were really looking for an inside pass rusher to complement our outside speed guys. This pick is real good.

That's what I said before. This must mean TT is high on Brad Jones
Yes. Put on good weight and knows the scheme.

Maybe another Sharper. Bye Bye Bigby.

                      Point Value Chart says:

                      Pick 71 = 235 points

                      Pick 86 (160 points) + pick 122 (50 points) = 210 points

                      • Brad Jones was capable as a 7th rounder...and Thompson has a great eye for LB talent since that was his playing position. I'm not concerned at all about his ability to find a good OLB prospect in the later rounds.

Also, Jones supposedly bulked up in the off season and he should be stronger this year.
