Now THAT'S a NUMBER!
[QUOTE=George Cumby] ...every draft (Ted) would pick a solid, dependable, smart, athletically limited linebacker...the guy who isn't doing drugs, going to strip bars, knocking around his girlfriend or making any plays of game changing significance.

Don't forget LeShon Johnson....
"I would love to have a guy that always gets the key hit, a pitcher that always makes his best pitch and a manager that can always make the right decision. The problem is getting him to put down his beer and come out of the stands and do those things." - Danny Murraugh

The Packers did not make a qualifying offer to Wynn, so he is a FA. The Packers indicated at one point they might be interested in bringing him back at a lower contract than required as a qualifying offer. I suppose they still coud, and just reassign numbers. But I doubt it.

oh i completely missed that... good to know, time to get another guy to take a flyer on. that's how this works, you don't get 5 years as a 7th round pick. too bad tho, i liked him when we first drafted him.
In the future I must reserve the right to revise and extend my comments.
Of course I meant to say a one Wynn season.
