Teams have to re-submit their tenders for RFA's tomorrow - we've still got three, Jolly, Tramon and Atari.
There's one interesting case out there though - seems St-Louis tendered Atogwe, who they franchised last year, at the lowest level, i.e. retained first right of refusal only. Seems when they resubmit, they want to resubmit an offer to him...
So by not signing, he forces them to either release him, or bump up his offer about 500%? They tendered him at $1.3million, and would have to re-tender at almost $7mil!

As of June 1, the re-issued tender must be the greater of the previous tender or 110 percent of the prior year's salary.
