Bush had a bad penalty, but the hit was legit.

Gotta like Bush's relentlessness. He gets called for a penalty that wasn't a penalty, so then on the next play he commits a real penalty. Never say die.

Despite not being able to catch, Shields is going to make this team..

he can actually catch the ball real well, which is the funny part. he was a WR for his first 3 years in college. he has great hands.

he just can't catch underhand at all

I read he was moved to defense because he hands were very questionable.

could be, i watched him in practice though and he was snagging everthing thrown his way

Are the Packer announcers this bad as far as being homers or do I not notice it? I would have liked to have been able to listen to Wayne and Larry but I'm kinda out of the broadcast area.

Brandon Jackson apparently came into the game in the fourth because Quinn Porter left the game with an ankle injury. That makes the RB position perilously thin. TT may have to swing for depth trades at a couple of positions this year.

Why does everyone keep saying Warren Moon? I'm almost positive it was Mack Strong who was messing all the names up. Was Warren Moon even there? lol

Exactly right. Let him do what he does well. Returning punts is something only a few guys can do. Just because a guy can run a 4.2 40 doesn't mean he can return punts. Once he's made the team and has had a chance to relax a little bit, they may be able to revisit the punt return issue.

Gee, I'm pretty certain it was Moon in the booth. I hope NFL Network replays the game this week and if they do we'll know for sure.
